1. Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services in the following areas:

  • Primary Delivery Zone: Koramangala (All blocks), BTM Layout, HSR Layout, Jayanagar
  • Extended Delivery Zone: Indiranagar, Whitefield, Electronic City, Banashankari
  • Premium Delivery Zone: Central Bangalore, MG Road, Brigade Road, Commercial Street
  • Special Delivery: Other areas within Bangalore (subject to minimum order value)

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery Fee Structure

Primary Zone (0-3 km)

₹30 - Free delivery on orders above ₹500

Extended Zone (3-7 km)

₹50 - Free delivery on orders above ₹750

Premium Zone (7-12 km)

₹80 - Free delivery on orders above ₹1000

Special Zone (12+ km)

₹120 - Free delivery on orders above ₹1500

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 45-60 minutes during regular hours
  • Express Delivery: 30-45 minutes (additional ₹50 charge)
  • Peak Hours: 60-90 minutes (12 PM - 2 PM, 7 PM - 9 PM)
  • Weekend Delivery: May take 15-20 minutes longer due to high demand

4. Operating Hours

Delivery Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
  • Saturday - Sunday: 9:30 AM - 10:30 PM
  • Last order acceptance: 30 minutes before closing

5. Order Requirements

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹200 for all delivery zones
  • Maximum Order Value: No limit
  • Cash on Delivery: Available for orders up to ₹2000
  • Digital Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking accepted

8. Special Delivery Services

8.1 Bulk Orders

  • Orders for 10+ items qualify for bulk pricing
  • Free delivery for bulk orders above ₹2000
  • Advance booking recommended for large orders

8.2 Corporate Delivery

8.3 Event Catering

9. Delivery Issues

  • Late Delivery: Compensation or discount on next order
  • Wrong Address: Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Damaged Items: Immediate replacement or full refund
  • Missing Items: Delivery of missing items at no extra cost

10. Weather Policy

During extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms), delivery times may be extended for safety reasons. We will inform customers of any delays and provide updated delivery estimates.
